l  ITWA 2025 will be held across 7 halls at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, from Hall 9 to Hall 15.

• The above construction schedule and procedures are subject to change without prior notice. To confirm any schedule changes, please contact the organizer or check at the Customer Service Center on-site.
• All exhibitors and contractors for custom-built booths must complete move-in and setup within the designated time. If exhibitors or contractors need to work overtime, a request must be submitted to the organizer’s designated contractor before 14:30 on the same day, and the applicable overtime fees must be paid in cash at the time of application. • Water, electricity, telephone, and compressed air supply for all exhibitions will be cut off 15 minutes after the exhibition ends. Exhibitors are advised to prepare in advance and restore all equipment before power cutoff.
• No personnel are allowed to stay in the exhibition hall outside official opening hours. If exhibitors need to restock items, the specific time and location will be communicated before the exhibition.
• Exhibitors must bring certified safety helmets and wear them at all times during booth setup and dismantling.

8.    How can exhibitors request overtime work during setup?

If overtime work is required, exhibitors must submit a request to the appointed contractor by 2:30 PM on the same day and pay the applicable overtime fees in cash at the time of application. 1. Pre-registration for professional visitors is free. Please click here to register and secure your visit.
2. Onsite Registration Policy: Visitors who pre-register before the show can attend for free and enjoy access to all eight concurrent ITWA exhibitions. Visitors from China and overseas who have not pre-registered before the show are required to pay an onsite registration fee of USD15
3. Do visitors need to bring any identification to enter the exhibition？

Chinese visitors should bring a valid ID card, while international visitors should bring their passport.。

H.    How can I visit the other concurrent exhibitions? Do I need to register again?

If you refer to the series of exhibitions under ITWA 2025 Asia Industrial Technology Expo, you only need to register for any one of the shows. With your visitor badge, you can access all ITWA series exhibitions from Hall 9 to Hall 15.

I.       Can I take my kid to the exhibition? ？

ITWA 2025 is a trade exhibition for the automotive, electronics, display, and new materials industries. Non-industry professionals and visitors under 18 years old are not allowed to enter. Thank you for your cooperation!

2.    How can I visit the other concurrent exhibitions？

Once you have registered for any of the concurrent exhibitions and received your visitor badge, you can access all the shows for free with that badge, without needing to register or pay again.

Please note: The following three routes are non-restricted driving sections. Vehicles entering the venue via these routes do not need to apply for exhibition truck permits through the official transportation or booth construction teams.

Non-Restricted Driving Routes:

·         Route 1: Take Guangshen Coastal Expressway S3 to the International Convention and Exhibition Center Toll Station (Guozhan Station), through the Fengtang Avenue tunnel to Zhanjing Road, then via Binjiang Avenue directly to Gate 2 of the exhibition hall.

·         Route 2: Take G4 Guangshen Expressway or G15 Shenhai Expressway, transfer to G107, reach Fenghuang Interchange, then onto Fengtang Avenue, continue to Zhanjing Road, and via Binjiang Avenue directly to Gate 2.

·         Route 3: Take Outer Ring Expressway S86 to Guangshen Coastal Expressway S3 International Convention and Exhibition Center Toll Station (Guozhan Station), through Fengtang Avenue tunnel to Zhanjing Road, then via Binjiang Avenue directly to Gate 2.

6.    How to Handle Restrictions for Non-Shenzhen Private Vehicles?？

Non-Shenzhen Small Vehicle Pass Application
(Applicable only to exhibitors’ passenger vehicles with less than 7 seats and not registered in Shenzhen)

1.     Vehicle information submitted to the organizer before October 18 will be applied for centrally by the organizer.

2.     If the organizer’s application deadline was missed, there are two alternatives:

1.     Apply through Shenzhen Bendi Bao (“One vehicle, one month, one opportunity”).

 the Guangshen Yanjiang Expressway (S3) → Fengtang Avenue → Zhancheng Road.

7.    Where to Retrieve Exhibitor Badges and  Check In？

Exhibitors from Hall 10, 12, and 14 can check in at the Exhibitor Registration Desk located in the South Lobby of Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (No. 1 Zhancheng Road, Fuhai Street, Bao’an District, Shenzhen) starting from 9:00 AM on October 26.

Exhibitors from Hall 11 and 13 can check in at the Exhibitor Registration Counters in the South Lobby of Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (No. 1 Zhancheng Road, Fuhai Street, Bao’an District, Shenzhen) starting from 1:00 PM on October 25.

A. Wi-Fi Coverage: The exhibition hall provides Wi-Fi access (name: SZWorld-free) , though the connection may be unstable.

B. VIP Lounge:

• The VIP lounge offers Wi-Fi access during the event. You can purchase a business card membership for RMB49, which includes luggage storage and access to the lounge (where you can charge devices, use Wi-Fi, and get drinking water).
• For additional services such as expedited badge delivery, meals, or hotel bookings, consider upgrading to the RMB99/199 package.

Portable Wi-Fi Rental:

Restrooms are clearly marked at each entrance lobby and within the exhibition halls. They are located next to the service counters at the entrance lobbies and on both the upper and lower levels within the exhibition halls.

10.    Luggage Storage

Luggage can be stored at the RX VIP Lounge within the exhibition hall and at the reception counter in the entrance hall. You can purchase our Business Card Membership for RMB49, which includes luggage storage and access to the lounge (with charging stations, Wi-Fi, and refreshments).

11.    Is there a place for printing and copying on-site?

l  Attendees can seek assistance from the Customer Service Centers in the entrance lobbies of each hall. If the issue cannot be resolved there, please go to the security desk on the left side of the South Entrance Lobby (near Halls 1–8).
