l ITWA 2025 will be held across 7 halls at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, from Hall 9 to Hall 15.
l The total exhibition area is 140,000 m².
l More than3,500 exhibitors from China and overseas will

Visitor Registration
· The registration counters will close 30 minutes before the exhibition ends: 4:30 PM on 28–29 October, and 3:00 PM on 30 October.
· Visitors may enter the registration lobby from 9:00 AM and the exhibition halls from 9:30 AM
Important Notice
· For safety and security reasons, anyone under 18 years is not permitted to enter the exhibition during the setup, dismantling, and exhibition period.

- The above construction schedule and procedures are subject to change without prior notice. To confirm any schedule changes, please contact the organizer or check at the Customer Service Center on-site.
- All exhibitors and contractors for custom-built booths must complete move-in and setup within the designated time. If exhibitors or contractors need to work overtime, a request must be submitted to the organizer’s designated contractor before 14:30 on the same day, and the applicable overtime fees must be paid in cash at the time of application. The fees are as follows:- Hall 10 / 12 / 14 (22:00 – 08:00 next day):- ≤72 sqm: RMB 60 / sqm / hour
- 73–100 sqm: RMB 50 / sqm / hour
- 100 sqm: RMB 40 / sqm / hour

- Hall 10 / 12 / 14 (22:00 – 08:00 next day):
- Water, electricity, telephone, and compressed air supply for all exhibitions will be cut off 15 minutes after the exhibition ends. Exhibitors are advised to prepare in advance and restore all equipment before power cutoff.
- No personnel are allowed to stay in the exhibition hall outside official opening hours. If exhibitors need to restock items, the specific time and location will be communicated before the exhibition.
- Exhibitors must bring certified safety helmets and wear them at all times during booth setup and dismantling.

About the Venue:
 The Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center is a mega-scale, multifunctional and sustainable venue integrating exhibitions, conferences, eventscatering and commercial facilities.
Taxi Drop-off Areas:
 Taxi drop-off points are available at the east side of the South Entrance Lobby and at the South Plaza entrance.
8. How can exhibitors request overtime work during setup?
Hall 9\15
· All exhibitors and contractors for custom booths must enter and set up within the designated time. If overtime work is required, exhibitors must submit a request to the appointed contractor by 2:30 PM on the same day and pay the applicable overtime fees in cash at the time of application. I. Can I take my kid to the exhibition? ?
ITWA 2025 is a trade exhibition for the automotive, electronics, display, and new materials industries. Non-industry professionals and visitors under 18 years old are not allowed to enter. Thank you for your cooperation!
2. How can I visit the other concurrent exhibitions?
Once you have registered for any of the concurrent exhibitions and received your visitor badge, you can access all the shows for free with that badge, without needing to register or pay again.

· Route 1: Take Guangshen Coastal Expressway S3 to the International Convention and Exhibition Center Toll Station (Guozhan Station), through the Fengtang Avenue tunnel to Zhanjing Road, then via Binjiang Avenue directly to Gate 2 of the exhibition hall.
· Route 2: Take G4 Guangshen Expressway or G15 Shenhai Expressway, transfer to G107, reach Fenghuang Interchange, then onto Fengtang Avenue, continue to Zhanjing Road, and via Binjiang Avenue directly to Gate 2.
· Route 3: Take Outer Ring Expressway S86 to Guangshen Coastal Expressway S3 International Convention and Exhibition Center Toll Station (Guozhan Station), through Fengtang Avenue tunnel to Zhanjing Road, then via Binjiang Avenue directly to Gate 2.

· Temporary Staffing: For temporary staffing needs, please register at the Customer Service Centers in each hall. Due to the nature of on-site hiring, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fully met.
· Translation Services: We offer two main types of translation services:
- Interpreter Translation Services: You need to confirm the required languages and usage details at least two weeks before the event. The cost for English, Japanese, or Korean translation services ranges from 1,200 to 2,000 RMB. For other less common languages, a separate quote will be provided.
- Translation Device Services: We provide visual translation devices to assist with on-site translation. The cost for using the device is 300 RMB per day, with an additional 5,000 RMB deposit required.

l Drinking Water Stations: Water dispensers are available in the event functional areas where you can fill your water cup.

1. What should I do if I lose an item at the event
l Attendees can seek assistance from the Customer Service Centers in the entrance lobbies of each hall. If the issue cannot be resolved there, please go to the security desk on the left side of the South Entrance Lobby (near Halls 1–8).
2. Where can I find first aid and medical facilities
l Emergency Medical Equipment: AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) are available in the lobby of each exhibition hall. A basic first-aid kit is provided at the Customer Service Center.
l Wheelchair Service: Wheelchairs are available upon request at the Registration Counter or Information Desk.
l On-site Medical Station: Located at the East side of the South Entrance Hall (near Hall 9).

During the exhibition from October 28 to 30, exhibitors may enter the enter hall at 8:00 AM and the exhibition halls at 8:30 AM upon presenting their physical exhibitor badges.
