From January to July 2024, RX Greater China proudly hosted about 40 premier trade shows in China, setting a new record for international participation. Nearly 2,000 exhibitors from over 100 countries and regions came together, featuring 22 national pavilions. Approximately 27,000 international buyers joined us in these remarkable events. This series not only fosters robust collaboration across global supply chains but also ignites innovative thinking and dialogue, unlocking invaluable development opportunities and business value for the industry.

Crowning Glory: A Triumphant Return of Our Exhibition Extravaganza

In 2024, our flagship exhibition is on a remarkable ascent, with both exhibitor and buyer participation reaching unprecedented heights, earning us prestigious recognition from industry associations and government bodies. This February, CMEF was honored with the title of "2023 Shanghai Brand Exhibition" by the Shanghai Convention & Exhibition Industries, a testament to CMEF’s pivotal role as a global leader in the medical and healthcare sector.

In April 2024, the CMEF Spring Exhibition captured global attention with its theme, "Innovative Technology, Leading the Future." This dynamic event attracted nearly 5,000 exhibitors from around the world, showcasing thousands of cutting-edge products and technologies in smart diagnostics, telemedicine, precision treatment, and wearable devices. By highlighting these groundbreaking advancements, the exhibition served as a powerful catalyst for significant progress in the global healthcare industry, energizing innovation and collaboration on a worldwide scale.

The representative from OptoMedic stated, “Participating in CMEF over the years has consistently brought us numerous potential orders from both domestic and international markets, enabling our products to benefit patients across multiple countries and regions. Leveraging the CMEF platform enhances our collaboration opportunities with global businesses, fostering an open, cooperative, and innovative healthcare ecosystem.”

In February, SinoCorrugated also received recognition as the "2023 Outstanding Exhibition in Shanghai" from the Shanghai Convention & Exhibition Industries Association, highlighting its leadership and significant impact in the global packaging industry. As part of  WEPACK (World Expo of Packaging Industry) , SinoCorrugated alternates annually between Shanghai and Shenzhen, serving as a vital bridge in the global packaging supply chain.

In April, WEPACK launched spectacularly in Shenzhen, uniting representatives from 100 trade associations and drawing an impressive crowd of 135,527 visits from around the globe. Together, they delved into the innovations of packaging and printing new materials, cutting-edge technologies, and high-quality finished products.

Marco Bertola, CEO of Fosber S.p.A., praised the exhibition, stating : “SinoCorrugated was always very lively and there were lots of visitors. Within the three days. We received lots of high-quality buyers from both China and overseas. We are undergoing further negotiations. We will attend SinoCorrugated next year.”

In July, the grand and historic 117th China Daily-use Articles Trade Fair (CDATF) celebrated a remarkable resurgence of industry confidence. Nearly 2,500 manufacturers showcased innovative products and the latest consumer trends to over 100,244 visitors from leading retail chains and thriving e-commerce enterprises across 15 exhibition halls at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

Shantou Yuxing Cheng Industrial Co., Ltd., as CDATF exhibitor, enthusiastically shared, “Participating in CDATF is a vital opportunity to showcase our brand and products. The 19th Aluminium China, themed “Green Intelligent Aluminum – Connecting the World, Showcasing the Future,” launched grandly in July, alongside the Lightweight Asia and the Copper China. With over 600 exhibitors and a sprawling display area of 50,000 square meters, the event welcomed more than 29,000 trade visitors from both domestic and international markets over three days, including over 2,400 overseas attendees—a remarkable record for visitor turnout!

Empowering Chinese Manufacturers to Expand into Global Markets

To accelerate global trade opportunities for Chinese exporters, we are proudly bringing flagship exhibitions to overseas markets eager for quality products. RX Huabo, with over 30 years of influence in the Asia-Pacific region's gifts and consumer goods sector, successfully launched the inaugural RX Huabo Asia Gift Fair in Jakarta, Indonesia. This remarkable event attracted over 400 exhibitors and 10,792 visitors.

The expo not only provided a vibrant platform for Chinese companies to showcase their products and brands but also offered buyers from Indonesia and Southeast Asia an exclusive chance to explore and source high-quality Chinese goods up close. This initiative significantly contributes to the flourishing of the global consumer goods market, highlighting our commitment to fostering international trade connections and opening new avenues for collaboration.

Join us this November in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia at WEPACK ASEAN 2024, a pivotal event dedicated to advancing the packaging industry across Southeast Asia. We anticipate an exciting gathering of packaging manufacturers and professionals from all ten ASEAN nations, providing a premier platform for businesses specializing in cartons, folding boxes, flexible packaging, and related services to expand their market reach and forge valuable partnerships.

Leveraging RX's strong ties with local governments across China, we are thrilled to announce that 237 overseas exhibitions in 2024 have secured government backing, allowing Chinese companies to enjoy 70-100% subsidies on overseas exhibition costs.

Moreover, we empower local trade groups in China to establish pavilions at our overseas exhibitions, amplifying their impact. For instance, a group of wine growers from Shaoxing Zhejiang Province aimed to introduce their exquisite wines to the Japanese market. We guided them in crafting and promoting a pavilion at the JFEX 2024, an international food and beverage expo hosted by RX Japan. Their participation resulted in over $2 million in anticipated orders, and they are already planning to expand their booth for the next exhibition.

Promoting a Comprehensive Industry Showcase and Deep Cross-border Exchange

The AMTS 2024 (Shanghai International Automotive Manufacturing Technology & Materials Show) kicked off in July under the inspiring theme “Innovate for Tomorrow, Lead the Future.” Covering nearly 80,000 square meters, this remarkable event brought together 812 leading exhibitors and brands from 19 countries and regions, celebrating innovation in the automotive technology and engineering landscape.

Over three dynamic days, the exhibition welcomed 36,864 trade visitors. Additionally, more than 4,700 experts and scholars participated in a series of seminars and forums, fostering deep discussions and forward-looking exploration across the industry chain. Together, we are charting a bold and innovative roadmap for the future of automotive manufacturing.

Xu Zeqing, Solutions Manager at BYD, shared his impressions from his first visit to AMTS: "My primary goal in attending AMTS was to discover advanced connection and welding technologies, along with automation and smart solutions. Overall, AMTS successfully showcased the entire automotive engineering technology supply chain."

 

Christian Aumann, Automotive Industry Director for Festo Greater China, noted: "AMTS provided an excellent platform for us to connect with customers and strategic partners. We aim to leverage this platform to share our solutions with automotive clients, empowering them to excel in the face of market challenges and competition."

Each year, IFEX China brings together global distributors, wholesalers, planting institutions, and floral e-commerce businesses. They present cutting-edge flower varieties, innovative cultivation techniques, stylish floral designs, insightful industry perspectives, and abundant business opportunities. This year, the exhibition featured over 430 exhibiting companies from 13 countries and more than 10 international floral organizations. As the guest country of honor, the UK hosted engaging activities, including the China-UK Flower and Horticulture Salon and a British-style afternoon tea focused on sustainable horticulture. The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS), along with Chinese-British enterprises, shared new home gardening technologies and highlighted the UK’s excellence in the horticulture industry.

Dame Caroline Elizabeth Wilson DCMG, the British Ambassador to China, delivered remarks at the opening ceremony and attended a series of events at the UK Pavilion. She said: “The United Kingdom's partnership with Yunnan spans more than a century, encompassing projects from seed banks and plant collection to joint scientific research. This enduring collaboration highlights our commitment to biodiversity conservation and improving the natural environment. I look forward to deepening our cooperation, exploring new opportunities, and further enriching the UK-China relationship through floriculture and horticulture.”

Integrating ESG into Industry Upgrades and Internationalization
